MEDIA RELEASE

Miami Everglades Connection and/or its representatives may take photos or videos during the operation of any tour and use them for promotional purposes. By booking a tour with Miami Everglades Connection guests agree to allow their images to be used for promotional purposes. Guests also agree that any feedback, testimonials, or comments provided to Miami Everglades Connection may be used for promotional purposes. If you prefer that your images not be used, please notify us in writing prior to your tour.

PAYMENT:

Please note that full payment is required at the time of booking in order to secure your tour reservation. Tour dates and times may be subject to change.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Please arrive at the airboat ramp no less than 15 minutes prior to your tour departure time. If you do not arrive on time, we cannot guarantee the full duration of your tour, or availability at another time or date.

Cancellations must be received 48 hours in advance in order to receive a full refund. No refunds will be issued if you are a NO SHOW. If canceled less than 48 hours prior to your tour reservation 50% will be charged. If the tour is cancelled by MEC due to weather or airboat mechanics, you will be entitled to a full refund.

Any partial or full payment for a tour shall constitute consent to all provisions of the Miami Everglades Connection Terms and Conditions.

MAXIMUM WEIGHT CAPACITY

Each of our custom airboats can accommodate up to 7 passengers, with a maximum total weight capacity of 1500 lbs. (680 Kg).

DOG AND SERVICE ANIMAL POLICY:

Guests are permitted to bring their well-behaved pets on private airboat tours. Service animals will be accommodated on all tours. Please note that guests are responsible for the safety and well-being of their pets or service animals. Pets and service animals may become dehydrated, or may be in danger if they exit the airboat at any time during a tour. Please note that we cannot accept pets who weigh more than 70 lbs (32 kg). Guests understand that Miami Everglades Connection will not be liable for any injuries or damages sustained by a pet or service animal on an airboat tour.

LIABILITY WAIVER:

Miami Everglades Connection, its principals, guides, and agents shall not be responsible for any injuries, losses or damages in connection with any hazards or conditions outside of Miami Everglades Connection control. By embarking upon the tour, airboat tour guests voluntarily assume all risks involved in such tour, whether expected or unexpected. By booking a tour, guests acknowledge that they have carefully read the above Terms and Conditions, including the information regarding cancellations and refunds, and hereby fully agree to all stated conditions therein. GUESTS HEREBY EXPRESSLY AGREE TO FOREVER RELEASE, DISCHARGE AND HOLD Miami Everglades Connection and its agents, employees, officers, directors, associates, suppliers, affiliated companies, and subcontractors HARMLESS against any and all liability, actions, causes of action, debts, suits, claims, and demands of any and every kind and nature whatsoever which they now have or which may hereafter arise out of or in connection with guests participation in any tour arranged by Miami Everglades Connection and its agents, employees, associates, suppliers, affiliated companies, or subcontractors. THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT SHALL SERVE AS A COMPLETE RELEASE AND EXPRESS ASSUMPTION OF RISK for all guests, their heirs, assignees, administrators, executors, and all members of guests’ family, including any minors accompanying them. GUESTS HAVE READ AND FULLY UNDERSTAND THE PROVISIONS AND THE LEGAL CONSEQUENCES OF THIS RELEASE AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK, AND HEREBY AGREE TO ALL OF ITS CONDITIONS. Guests acknowledge that in calculating the cost of the tour, Miami Everglades Connection has relied on our consent to these terms and on their enforceability. In the absence of this Release, the tour cost would have been higher, or, alternatively, Miami Everglades Connection would be unable to offer these services. Guests fully understand that this is a legally binding and enforceable contract and accept it of their own free will. Guests agree that if any portion of this agreement is found to be void or unenforceable, the remaining portions shall remain in full force and effect.
