Also known as the River of Grass, the Everglades is a 1.5 million acre ecosystem that supports an assemblage of plants and animal species not found elsewhere on the planet. The Everglades is the only place in the world where Alligators and Saltwater Crocodiles coexist.

At Miami Everglades Connection, we grew up with the Everglades as our backyard.
